Our corporate functions include Corporate Affairs, Public Company, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Industrial Relations, IT, Sustainability, People and Customer, supporting the CEO in making Qantas a market leading, global organisation.As the Senior Manager, Research and Insights, you will be working within the Group Research and Insights team to work predominantly on the VoC/Customer Experience tracker, as well as support on other programs such as Brand Health, Research Panel and ad-hoc strategic projects. You will leverage your deep expertise of Qualitative and Quantitative disciplines to support the business to ensure customer insight is at the heart of all decision making – directly impacting business and customer outcomes across the Qantas group.To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience and solid working knowledge customer experience and best-in-class quantitative and qualitative market research disciplines, techniques, tools and applications, ability to work across the entire project lifecycle, as well as insight development from raw datasets. In addition, you will have highly developed and complex project planning, change and organisational skills, coupled with superior stakeholder management capabilities – the ability to foster collaborative relationships across all organisational levels.You’ll have –

  • 8+ years of experience in customer research and insights (Client or Agency side), customer strategy or in a customer-driven environment
  • Deep knowledge/proven experience in VoC/CX including NPS measurement and insight framework, with acquired knowledge in industry best practices
  • Solid knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative market research disciplines, techniques, tools/technology platforms and analysis, research design, implementation and outputs
  • Deep experience in managing senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience in developing narratives, synthesising multiple data sources that make tangible business impacts
  • Hands-on experience with data and statistical tools.
  • Qualtrics CX Certification is advantageous to perform the role
