WAGE: $20 to $22/ hour, plus shift premium (if applicable)SHIFT’S AVAILABLE:Shift A- Sunday, Monday Tuesday – 7AM-7PM
Shift B- Sunday, Monday Tuesday – 7PM-7AM
Shift C- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday- 7AM-7PM
Shift D- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday- 7PM-7AMNight Shift – Sunday to Thursday – 11PM to 7AMIn a typical day, you will:

• Be responsible for equipment set-up and change overs and running production lines as needed for various food products
• Read work orders and specifications to define prescribed setup operation(s)
• Help troubleshoot equipment problems, and support preventative maintenance activities to reduce equipment issues and forced production stoppages
• Provide input to shift action plan for their equipment area
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors and process engineers to enhance processes, procedures and training methods
• Work closely with all production team members to ensure product quality

• A lover of bread and baked goods!
• You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
• You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
• You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues

• You are someone who listens to comprehend a situation first, asking questions to clarify your own understanding, instead of listening to be able to reply quickly
