This company is an established manufacturer of a range of products designed for the industrial industry. This business develops and manufactures state of the art products for markets including commercial, industrial, mining and more.

The Position
Due to exponential business growth over the past year, the company is now looking to bring in a Marketing Manager to mentor and oversee their marketing team. The role of Marketing Manager will have a diverse range of responsibilities in both digital marketing and graphic design areas.
Typical responsibilities will include:

Monday – Friday based in office (no weekend work)
Mentoring the marketing team
Develop personalised strategies for individual management and progression
Set KPI’s and measure performance
Develop engaging content and materials
Coordinate events
Develop and maintain key relationships

Criteria Required
It is not necessary to have exposure to the industrial industry to be considered for this role, however candidates will need to come from a background in marketing with a proven skillset in graphic management and material design.
Ideally you will demonstrate the following:

Experience developing digital materials, familiar with social platforms
Experience in digital marketing
Management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work autonomously
Based in Brisbane
