Responsibilities:
- Aid attorneys in preparing and maintaining immigration case files.
- Communicate with clients and agencies in both English and Spanish.
- Accurately translate legal documents and emails.
- Conduct research on immigration-related matters.
- Draft and proofread documents in English and Spanish.
- Manage scheduling and maintain calendars.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish REQUIRED (speaking/reading/writing).
