Location: Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
We’re a small but mighty team building custom AdTech platforms for businesses across Europe. No off-the-shelf tools here—we design solutions that actually work for each client’s needs.
We’re now looking for someone who enjoys leading projects, working closely with both technical teams and clients, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re someone who likes a mix of structure and freedom, you might fit right in.
What the job involves
You’ll be the person who makes sure everything connects—the tech, the team, the client, the timeline. You won’t just manage tasks, you’ll own the delivery.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Getting involved early with the sales team to shape new integration projects
- Leading the setup and customization of our tech for new clients
- Having real conversations with client-side teams to understand what they need
- Coordinating development efforts—both in-house and with external partners
- Keeping an eye on delivery deadlines, without turning into a micromanager
- Making key calls on tech-related decisions when needed
- You won’t be on your own—we’re a collaborative team, and you’ll always have support when you need it.
Who we’re hoping to meet
- We’re not looking for perfection—we’re looking for someone smart, reliable, and curious.
- If most of this sounds like you, we should talk:
- You’ve worked on SaaS or tech product delivery for 3+ years
- You’ve led projects using agile methods (and can flex when needed)
- You’re comfortable talking to clients and translating their needs into real solutions
- You’re fluent in English (German is nice but definitely not a must)
- You don’t need hand-holding—but you also know when to ask for help
