Duporth Tavern Maroochydore is a family-owned and operated venue seeking passionate Hospitality Managers to join their teams and grow.

The Role:

As a Hospitality Manager, you’ll be expected to:

• Work nights and weekends, ensuring seamless operations and a great guest experience.
• Manage daily venue operations with an emphasis on service, ambience, and beverage offerings.
• Oversee large function rooms, creating memorable experiences for “The Occasion”.
• Drive sales, manage staff, and ensure smooth operations in all aspects of the venue.

Requirements:

• A valid visa to work in Australia for the probation period of 6 months minimum.
• Previous professional experience in Hospitality Management (preferred, but not essential).
• Onshore applicants only – you must already be living in Australia to apply.
• Ability to work towards developing the required skills and experience to meet Government requirements for the 482 TSS Visa.
