General Practitioner job in Melbourne & Geelong – DPA and Visa Sponsorship Job Details:

Our client has a well-established private billing clinic in West Melbourne. The suburb is one of the fastest growing areas in Melbourne. You will be fully booked within weeks!

If you have a special interest in Dermatology and Skin Cancer than this is a clinic where you can enhance your skills.

The owner has also a clinic in Geelong if you prefer to live in a smaller city. Geelong is only one our west from Melbourne with easy access to the beached on the Great Ocean Road.

• Annual income between £170,000 and £230,000 (70% of the billings with a minimum of £80 per hour for the first 3 months
• Open Monday – Friday – 8.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday mornings as per roster
• Private billing clinic
• Visa sponsorship available
• DPA locations

The clinic has full time RN’s, Practice Manager and a full time Receptionists.

They are extending their clinic and they have room for 2 additional GPs. Potential earnings are between £170,000 and £230,000

Melbourne is sometimes compared with the Paris of the Southern Hemisphere, a very cosmopolitan city, multicultural, lots of cafes and restaurants, good public transport (trams, trains and busses) and lots of sport. It has a Mediterranean climate, long warm summers and moderate winters.

Essential Requirement:

In order to be eligible for this position, overseas-trained doctors are required to hold post graduate qualifications in General Practice i.e. MRCGP, MICGP, FRACGP, FRNZCGP or CCFP

GPs from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Malta, Singapore, Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands who have obtained specialist qualifications as a GP are encouraged to apply as well

General Practitioners who have one of these postgraduate qualifications are eligible to apply for PEP Specialist Stream with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP)
