How you’ll make a difference

You’ll be working directly with elderly individuals or people with disabilities, helping them stay independent. Your day might include:

• Helping with personal care like dressing, showering, and grooming.
• Assisting with getting around and daily activities.
• Being a friendly face and helping clients stay connected to their community.
• Keeping track of care plans and making sure everyone stays safe and happy.

What we’re looking for

• A Heart for Care: You genuinely enjoy helping people live with dignity.
• Qualifications: You’ve got a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support (or something similar).
• Experience: You’ve spent at least a year or two working in the care sector.
• The Basics: You’re a great communicator and have (or can get) your First Aid, CPR, and Police Checks ready to go.
