Business Services Manager – Sydney Based Accounting Firm Job Details:
This industry leading accounting firm based in the heart of Sydney, was founded in 2001 with a vision to be recognised as the firm of choice for providing comprehensive taxation and professional services to individuals and businesses alike.
They have a great team culture and an ever-growing client list. This is why they are seeking a Business Service Manager to join the firm. To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years of Public Practice experience in an Australian accounting firm.
Salary: $160,000 Inclusive of Super.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Location: Sydney CBD.
Job Summary:
Your main responsible will be managing a portfolio of clients, as well as overseeing your own team of accountants.
Tasks broken down:
- Looking after clients, servicing them in all areas of taxation advice and business advisory services.
- Moulding the current team structure into the ideal structure as the client base grows and your teams knowledge expands.
- Training and helping other Accountants and Bookkeepers on your team in Australia and the Philippines.
- Conducting your team members annual performance reviews.
- Reviewing your teams work, ensuring quality, and have tasks and jobs completed on time.
- It is desirable to have experience using Xero and Karbon.
