What You’ll Be Doing

Writing clean, solid backend code in Python or Go
Building stuff on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.)
Setting up APIs and connecting with tools like Jira and Google services
Managing databases – we use both PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
Working closely with frontend devs to make everything run smooth
Monitoring performance with tools like Datadog and CloudWatch
Writing some unit tests (we know it’s not the fun part, but it matters)
Trying out AI tools like Copilot to speed up your workflow

What We’re Looking For

You’ve worked as a backend dev before (Python or Go is ideal)
You know your way around AWS
You’re comfortable with SQL and NoSQL
You’ve integrated third-party APIs before
You’re collaborative and like working on a tight-knit team
You’re not afraid of testing your code

Bonus Points For

Any frontend skills (React/React Native)
Experience with chat apps or microservices
Worked in construction tech before
