YOUR ROLE
As an assistant- receptionist, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of internal services, including reception and events services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Providing administrative support to the team in daily operations (preparing files, reviewing and formatting documents, scanning/printing, filing, document management, etc.);
– Welcoming clients and employees;
– Managing the logistics of conference rooms;
– Coordinating corporate events;
– Handling correspondence management;
– Ensuring office supplies and orders are available;
– Answering certain phone calls;
– Any other related administrative tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS
– Relevant experience in similar roles;
– Experience in professional services and/or hospitality industry is a major asset;
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
– Excellent customer service skills;
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in French and English, both spoken and written ;
– Good organizational skills and priority management;
– Flexibility and autonomy;
– Professionalism and courtesy.
