Job Description:
Tube Assembly processors perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures in order to maintain production schedules.
Essential Responsibilities:
⢠In an ultra-cleanroom environment, use tools and equipment properly to assemble products.
⢠Use of bunny suits, rubber finger cots, smocks, and rubber gloves to work with alcohol, alkali powders such as aluminum, tungsten, sodium, potassium, cesium silicon, cesium chromate, and acids.
⢠Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
⢠Participate in training activities to develop, maintain and improve job skills.
⢠Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
⢠Multi-task while monitoring multiple exhaust systems
⢠Identify and corrects non-conforming part.
Basic Qualifications:
⢠Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
⢠Good hand/eye coordination
⢠Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
⢠Demonstrated problem solving techniques
⢠Related manufacturing work experience: 1-3 years
⢠Ability to hold a Security Clearance a plus
⢠Related manufacturing work experience; 1-3 years preferred
⢠Must be able to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room
⢠Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility
⢠Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
⢠Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
The salary range for this role is $33,700 – $45,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
