This role is based in Primary & Community Health assisting a variety of managers in administrative tasks in Aged Care and Corporate Services.

What You’ll be Doing

The SWSLHD Aged Care and Primary and Community Health (P&CH) Administration Officer provides essential administrative functions to support the delivery of clinical care services provided by Allied Health to TCP clients, Administration, and Information Technology. Working in collaboration with managers, the Senior Administration Officer contributes to Work Health and Safety processes and ensures that databases, invoicing processes, ordering systems are well maintained.

Administrative support will also be provided to cover planned leave of other administration officers within Primary and Community Health, as required. This can include providing support across the Aged Care and teams in SWSLHD.

  • Demonstrated Administration Experience in a high volume environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency approaching intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Experience in preparation of written communication, such as reports, agendas and minutes
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
  • High level of competency and accuracy in typing skills
  • Current unrestricted Australian drivers license (P2 License Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers license within 3 months of appointment
