To support our business strategy, we are seeking a WHS Consultant to join our team in Perth where you will work with our clients to provide a range of WHS solutions.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated WHS Consultant looking to develop your career at the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser. This position will give you the ability to travel within Australia and you will occasionally be required to stay overnight or for multiple nights.

We will count on you to:

Work with our clients to identify and deliver WHS solutions including such things as audits and inspections, risk assessments, training and workshops, and development of policies and procedures

Complete projects within the delivery timeframe and budget to ensure they meet defined project objectives, whilst adhering to our internal processes

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and at risk clients

Develop and maintain client relationships to expand business opportunities and services

What you need to have:

Tertiary degree in Health, Safety or other relevant field

1-3 years’ experience in a WHS role

Understanding of risk management principles and the ability to apply these principles in the management of WHS hazards

Experience in a consulting role would be highly regarded

Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (desirable)

Exemplar Global OHS auditor accreditation (desirable)

Drivers license and willingness to travel as required
