This exciting role offers an opportunity to lead the integrated Social Work department across Bloomfield Mental Health inpatient units and Orange Health service. This role will work collaboratively to provide operational and strategic leadership for the Social Work department across the integrated structure supporting innovative and evidence based service delivery to improve the patient experience and maintain a happy and high performing social work team.
