Warehouse Picker and Packers Job Details:

FULL time / PART time position (from $24.00 to $35.00 per hour + superannuation)

We are seeking several experienced, diligent and detail-oriented warehouse picker and packers to join our growing warehouse team at Hallam. You must have recent experience in a similar role in a warehouse and have used an RF scanner before. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You must be capable of manual handling heavy items. Forklift license will be an added advantage but not compulsory. On the job training provided. Attractive salary.

You must be available to work Monday to Friday. Plenty of overtime opportunities available.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Saturdays for workers wanting overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from specified locations within the warehouse using a picking list or handheld scanner.
• Pack orders securely, preparing them for shipping while adhering to all safety and quality guidelines.
• Inspect items to ensure they match the order and are free of damage before packing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to optimize the order fulfillment process.

• Basic computer skills required

• Manual Handling skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Full-time or part time permanent position
• Must have full working rights in Australia
