We are now seeking experienced Waiters to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and presenting them with food and beverage menus
- Setting, arranging, and clearing tables
- Recommending dishes and wines to complement food
- Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serving food and beverages, including refilling glasses
- Removing dishes, empty bottles and used glasses from tables
- Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate III in Hospitality or at least 2 years’ experience relevant experience in lieu of qualification, in premium dining establishments
- Demonstrated strong customer focus
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work split shift, including evenings and weekends.
