• Greeting and seeing guests in a friendly and professional manner,
• Prsesenting menus, taking orders,a nd answering questions about menu items,
• Promoting menu items and special promotions to enhance dining experience,
• Handling guest inquiries, complains, and special diet requests with tact and professionalism,
• Serving food and drinks promptly and correctly,
• Anticipating guests’ needs and providing attentive service through their dining experience’
• Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and organised dining area,
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery orders,
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
