We’re looking to hire a skilled tilesetter to join our team here in Richmond. If you’ve got solid experience with tile work and take pride in clean, professional results, we’d love to hear from you.
We’ve got steady projects lined up — mostly residential and some commercial — and we need someone who knows their craft. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepping and measuring surfaces
- Laying and aligning tiles with precision
- Cutting tiles to fit around edges, pipes, or corners
- Grouting, cleaning, and sealing
- Replacing broken tiles and doing touch-ups
- Occasionally working on scaffolding or higher areas
- Helping with waterproofing or concrete patching as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of tile-setting experience
- No degree or certification needed — just strong hands-on skills
- Physically fit (you’ll be lifting and on your feet most of the day)
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
- Shows up on time, works well with others, and communicates clearly
