As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.

Convenient Location: You’ll find us conveniently located at the corner of Eighty Road and Safety Bay Road. Easy access to ample on-site parking and proximity to a nearby bus stop makes commuting hassle-free.
Experienced and Committed Team: Many of our educators have been with us for over four years, which means you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside both experienced colleagues and newcomers. We place a strong emphasis on ongoing professional development
Diverse Age Groups: Our center has five rooms catering to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old, offering a dynamic teaching environment where you can make a lasting impact on children at various developmental stages.
Cultural Sensitivity: We celebrate diversity and take pride in understanding and accommodating the cultural needs of the families and our educators.
Curriculum Excellence: Our play-based curriculum aligns with the Early Years’ Learning Framework. You’ll have the opportunity to craft engaging, tailored programs that nurture each child’s unique interests, needs, and strengths, preparing them for future educational milestones.
At Goodstart Baldivis, we’re not just a center; we’re a community dedicated to fostering the growth and development of every child.
