Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction Job Details:

Randstad has a unique and highly rewarding opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to partner with some of our major clients within the Construction sector. What you will need to succeed

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Construction – White Collar team, you will be responsible for running a 360° recruitment desk focusing primarily on recruiting: Project Managers, Site Managers, Contracts Admin etc. You will take pride in moving employers through the complete hiring process from initial client acquisition to placement and aftercare demonstrating your knowledge, skill and care throughout.

To help achieve your career goals you will be supported by an experienced team and established learning and development platform for continuous training.

Responsibilities include:

• Client attraction strategies and quality lead generation
• Nurture and grow existing client relationships
• Randstad brand promotion in tandem with raising your profile in the market
• Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling
• Screening, interviewing and presentation of candidates

The successful applicant will have recruitment experience and be a real go-getter; someone who enjoys sales and client management. A background in Construction specifically is ideal to deliver to our clients, ensuring strong relationships and continued business.
