We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist for a remote contract position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and technical assistance to clients who use our software products. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible hours and dynamic work responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers who use our software products
  • Troubleshoot issues with hardware and software, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Accurately document customer issues and resolutions to maintain a detailed database of support inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to identify common customer issues and develop solutions to optimize customer experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and keep current with system and software updates and releases
  • Adhere to established guidelines and procedures for addressing customer support inquiries

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical customer support or helpdesk role, preferably in a remote setting
  • Strong technology skills including proficiency with Windows/Mac OS, network troubleshooting, and software installations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking, with experience providing remote technical support
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in customer support team settings
  • Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools such as Zoom, TeamViewer, or LogMeIn
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
