Our client is one of the trendiest cafés with a bustling full-service brunch on the weekends serving up amazing French inspired fare. They have continued to open new locations throughout New York City and surrounding states, and they are now looking to add a Regional Director to their team.

What will your role entail:

• Oversee daily operations across 9 restaurant locations in New York City including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
• Review P&L reports with General Managers to ensure restaurants meet or exceed all financial targets
• Establish and foster a positive and motivating work culture where team members are supported
• Assist General Managers with the recruitment, training and development of high performing teams
• Ensure compliance with company required standards in areas including restaurant operations, guest relations, labour costs, food costs, sanitation and preparation
• Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to develop business strategies to successfully optimise profit

The Ideal Regional Director

• At least two years of experience in a comparable role, overseeing multiple locations
• Prior experience with new openings is an asset
• Strong financial acumen, and able to teach managers how to read and assess P&L statements

• A creative, confident leader, all while having a positive and humble personality
• Highly organized with exceptional communication and IT skills
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
