About you:
You have demonstrated ability to manage the development and provision of learning activities, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in education and training, proven experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training deliverables within a complex multidisciplinary environment and you are confident with stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Your opportunity:
The purpose of the position is to manage the development, maintenance, and delivery of high-quality training programs for digital health systems, applications and technologies utilised across CHHHS. This role is also accountable for providing training development and support to any ongoing digital health systems and optimisation activities. Uses knowledge of digital health systems (inc. functions, capabilities, limitations, supporting technologies, etc) to provide both internal and external users with training, support, and advice.
Your role:
- Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of digital health trainers in accordance with agreed performance plans through the adoption of a mentoring-based environment that promotes team development and drives a culture of innovation with a strong focus on patient, staff, and service outcomes.
- Conduct training needs analysis for digital health systems used across the CHHHS and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement training plans, strategies, schedules, logistics and reporting to senior stakeholders for implementation across the CHHHS.
- Coordinate, develop, implement, translate, and evaluate the delivery of ICT learning initiatives within a complex multi-disciplinary work environment based on clinical workflows, practices, and evidence-based practice.
- Oversee, coordinate, and assist in the design and development of training materials (e.g., curriculum, session plans, participant workbooks, user manuals, quick reference guides, promotional material, on-line platforms, and videos) specific to digital health clinical systems to enable flexible delivery methods that are based on clinical workflows, roles, and evidence-based practice.
