Employment Opportunity – EXPERIENCED POLICE OFFICER

The City of Jeffersonville Indiana is now accepting applications for Experienced Officers for the Jeffersonville Police Department. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Candidates cannot be over the age of 39 at time of application. Preference for Veteran status will be given. To be eligible for consideration, candidates MUST have successfully completed a state accredited law enforcement training course and a minimum of one year of experience as a full time sworn officer. Applicants must successfully complete a personal interview, background investigation, and a physical agility test. The agility test will be held to ILEA exit standards.
