What you’ll be doing:
A great opportunity to join the Revenue Services Team is now available in a Temporary Full time role.
This position is to manage the Salary Packaging services for NBMLHD with an external service provider.
Your role will be responsible for all aspects of the transition and implementation of the communication, reporting and performance as well as develop and monitor key performance indicators for salary packaging in regards to both the contract with the external provider and internal targets and collaborate with the Ministry of Health and other health entities to continuously benchmark NBMLHD against peers to continuously improve the service.
This role is located at the Station St Office close to Penrith train station and Westfields Penrith Plaza.

A NSW Health agency may require further information about the medical contraindication (including but not limited to an Immunisation Medical Exemption form – IM011 form).
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
Selection criteria to be addressed: * Relevant experience in a Revenue focused role within NSW Health.
- Working knowledge of the Salary Packaging service as it relates to NSW Health as per NSW Health policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication and negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and monitoring performance and outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills and working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task and achieve business goals.
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office applications, experience in using various tools and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide targeted reporting to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Current NSW Driver’s license with the ability and willingness to work and travel across NBMLHD
