CPC Engineering provides diverse services throughout Western Australia to a range of mining and resource clients. We have a strong local presence conducting design, fabrication, construction, and maintenance activities throughout the regions for over 50 years.
Residential roles – FIFO is not offered, however relocation assistance may be provided for exceptional candidates to relocate.
About the roles
CPC offers ongoing full-time and casual work with competitive rates for the following positions at one of our locations within Western Australia. Full time rates:
Metal Fabricator: $38/hr Full-time Esperance/Albany
$48.00 -$59.00/hr Full-time Kalgoorlie
$50/hr Full-time Port Hedland
Welder – Pressure and First Class:
$38/hr Full-time Esperance/Albany
$48.00 – $57.00/hr Full-time Kalgoorlie
$50/hr Full-time Port Hedland
Fitter – General, Turner, Welder, metal Machinist (First Class):
$38/hr Full-time Esperance/Albany
$48.00 -$59.00/hr Full-time Kalgoorlie
$50/hr Full-time Port Hedland
Electrician: $56/hr Full-time Port Hedland
Plumber: $50/hr Full-time Port Hedland
Scaffolder: $44/hr Full-time (Advanced)
Concreter: $50/hr Full-time Kalgoorlie
Draftsperson: $50/hr Full-time Perth
To be successful, you must have:

• Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification
• High Risk Work Licence is essential for Scaffolders
• Current WA C-Class Drivers Licence is essential, with MR and above being favourable
• Basic Rigging, EWP and Forklift HRWL would be desirable
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out all activities to a high and professional standard in respect to your trade/position
• Working to compliance with all CPC health and safety processes
• Assisting all team members to achieve goals in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintenance and upkeep of job site housekeeping
• Working well in a team environment

Successful candidates will be required to undergo reference checking, police clearance, pre-employment medical, and drug/alcohol screening.
