We’re looking for a Sushi/Sashimi Chef who knows their stuff and loves what they do. Our place is right on the beautiful Central Coast, with water views to make your breaks pretty sweet.

What you’ll be up to
- Crafting sushi and sashimi that’s spot-on every time
- Pitching in with the hot kitchen when the need arises (teamwork’s key here)
- Keeping your workspace clean and ready to roll at all times
- Working smoothly with the team to keep service running like clockwork
- Making sure everything tastes amazing and looks great
