The Installer – Plumber will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost, and Team, and align with company values.

• Accurately perform inventory scanning
• Maintain loading accuracy
• Efficiently handle returns
• Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Foster teamwork and collaboration
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities
• Uphold and promote high standards
• Maintain effective communication
• Precisely load, deliver, and install appliances
• Minimize customer damage during installations
• Minimize rescheduling of appointments
• Prevent inventory damage
• Assist other areas of the business as needed
• Perform other ad hoc duties as requested

Qualifications

• 2+ years plumbing trade experience.
• Certificate in plumbing
• A clean driving record with no traffic convictions.
• A great customer focus work ethic, with demonstrated customer experience
• Strong safety focused including safe manual handling knowledge and experience.
• Ability to maintain a professional and calm manner whilst working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results and targets driven with a proactive, can do approach.
• Intermediate level computer/app literacy Experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items preferred but not essential.
• Experience with platforms such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office

Additional Information

• Permanent full-time Monday – Friday.
• 6:00am – 2:00pm.
• Company vehicle + tools + uniform + phone.
