At HMGICS (Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore), we’re changing the way we build the future of electric vehicles and smart factories. We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to support our growing expat team here in Singapore. If you’re fluent in both Korean and English, and you enjoy working with people from all around the world, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help ensure that everything related to our expat employees runs smoothly. This includes managing payroll, handling insurance and visa applications, and making sure they’re taken care of every step of the way. You’ll also work closely with our HQ in South Korea to keep everything aligned and support various HR projects.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include

  • Overseeing monthly payroll for expats, using SAP to manage and check reports
  • Taking care of insurance renewals, visa processing, and other benefits for our expats
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Updating HR records and internal documents
  • Assisting with translation tasks (Korean ↔ English) and helping out with general HR projects like performance reviews and training
  • Collaborating with HQ to improve our HR processes and systems

Who We’re Looking For

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, ideally in a multinational environment
  • A solid understanding of Singapore’s employment laws
  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with people from different cultures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • You must be fluent in both Korean and English
