PRIMARY DETAIL

Drive domestic & international student enrolments for the University’s suite of Post-experience Postgraduate & Executive Programs, with a specific focus on the Master of Business Administration and Master of Applied Finance. Hybrid working arrangement.

  • From $104,726 to $113,545 gross per annum (HEW Level 7), plus 17% employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • Full-time, continuing role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.
  • High performing, collaborative and supportive team. Hybrid working arrangement.

THE ROLE

Join Macquarie University as a Future Students Advisor within our dynamic and forward-thinking Student Acquisition and Conversion team, focusing on post-experience postgraduate and executive programs student recruitment, including our prestigious Master of Business Administration and Master of Applied Finance.

This role is pivotal in driving one-to-one engagement with prospective students and undertaking targeted business development activities to drive both domestic and international student enrolments. The role will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective recruitment and conversion strategies to nurture a pipeline of prospective student leads for post-experience postgraduate degrees and executive programs.

About You

You are an accomplished sales professional, ideally with a proven track record in the higher education sector and demonstrated ability to navigate this sector’s unique challenges. You excel in nurturing one-to-one sales opportunities and building lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

In addition, your strong analytical skills are evident in your ability to interpret data to understand market trends and students needs as well as to generate actionable insights and recommendations for informed decision making. Your familiarity with CRM systems and experience in efficient project management in time-sensitive environments further underscore your technical proficiency and organisational capabilities.
