Are you a skilled Formwork Carpenter looking for a solid, long-term move? At Form and Pour, we’re a well-established concrete and formwork crew handling some of the biggest commercial and residential projects across NSW.

We’re a busy team, and we’re looking for someone who knows their way around a site and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. If you’re a pro at what you do, we’ll make sure you’re well looked after.

What the work involves

This is hands-on, high-standard formwork. You’ll be:

• Setting up the big stuff: Building, adjusting, and dismantling timber, steel, and modular formwork for walls, slabs, beams, and lift cores.
• Getting it right: Reading engineering drawings to make sure everything is plumb, level, and secure.
• Working the Site: Handling propping, bracing, and temporary supports while coordinating with the steel fixers and concrete teams.
• Leading by example: Keeping the site safe, looking out for hazards, and helping the crew hit our deadlines.

Who we’re looking for

We need a tradie who can hit the ground running. You’ll need:

• The Experience: Either a Cert III in Carpentry plus 2 years on-site, OR at least 3 years of solid formwork experience on big commercial or industrial jobs.
• Technical Skills: You must be able to read plans and handle different systems (modular, timber, aluminum).
• The Basics: A White Card, an Australian driver’s license, and the physical fitness to handle heights and manual labor.
• Reliability: You’re punctual, you work well in a team, and you take pride in your work.
