Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Farm Manager, preferably in a similar farming environment.
3. Strong knowledge of farming practices, crop cultivation, livestock management, and regulations pertaining to agriculture.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in farm management software and computer skills for record-keeping and analysis.
7. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors for extended periods, often in challenging weather conditions.
8. Understanding of farm machinery, equipment maintenance, and repair techniques.
