Our startup client is growing their Commercial Team and adding an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to their team. The SDR role is remote-based in the Silicon Valley, ideally. Our client is bringing to market an innovative and unprecedented solution to maximize oral hygiene at home. If you have a high motor and love to work, this may be a great opportunity to learn about.
The role is a remote role, but candidates do need to be in or near the Bay Area. You will be working in tandem with the sales team to help qualify leads and onboard new practices wishing to partner with our client. The right person for this role has to be able to work in an ever-changing environment without a high level of direction and process. Candidates currently working in a dental practice in a Treatment Presentation/Coordinating role looking to transition into a Business to Business Sales, would be ideal for this role. Here are more specifics on the role:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to leads to schedule for a demo
- Cultivate relationships with future prospects and clients
- Working with a CRM and understand a sales pipeline (experience with Hubspot is ideal)
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently
- Ability to travel to dental practices within 100 miles in diameter (or by air travel)
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone voice and aptitude
- Above average computer, typing and technical skills
- Highly Organized
- Naturally curious and love to learn new things

- Base Salary range of $50k to $65k/year
