BWXT is currently seeking entry-level Engineers for its Advanced Technologies location in Lynchburg, VA!

Job Description / Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Develop and deliver unique engineering solutions used in a nuclear environment.
  • Create/update drawings and procedures.
  • Design, test, analyze and procure materials as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications / Requirements (including but not limited to):

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
  • Must be able to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely written and verbal communication.
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Must possess the ability and attitude to learn a variety of new procedures, processes and tools.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance, whichever is required.
