ABOUT THE JOB:

• Manage month-end activities, reports, and forecasting for funding sources.
• Assist in budget development and oversee property asset finances.
• Handle contracts, analysis, and strategic advice for stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders, make balanced decisions, and improve processes.
• Provide leadership, support team development, and assist Property Finance Manager.

THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO:

• Work independently with accountability, interpreting policies and applying procedures.
• Collaborate positively with a focus on customer service and effective communication.
• Coordinate tasks, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate clearly and manage sensitive situations with interpersonal skills.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to staff.
