Overview:

As the Creative Director, you’ll define, manage, and elevate the brand look and feel. You’ll be collaborating with marketing leaders on integrated campaigns, packaging, eCommerce, digital, and retail communications. You’ll also be leading a talented team and work cross-functionally to meet creative, marketing, and business objectives.

• Lead creative concepts aligned with business goals and stakeholder strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, bringing innovation to creative executions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
• Shape and own the creative vision, translating business goals into impactful projects.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in a design leadership role.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing or a related field and expertise.
• Proven track record in developing and directing creative for various channels.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; photography experience is an asset.
• Global mindset with an interest in supporting regional teams.
