Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Vigilantly inspect all food items for quality, ensuring only the best ingredients are used in our kitchen.
• Temperature Regulation: Expertly manage the temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment to produce dishes of the highest standard.
• Food Preparation and Cooking: Take charge of preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, adhering to traditional recipes while also embracing innovative techniques.
• Seasoning Mastery: Skillfully season food during cooking to achieve perfect flavor profiles that meet our high standards and delight our patrons.
• Portioning and Presentation: Accurately portion food, arrange it on plates, and enhance it with the appropriate gravies, sauces, and garnishes for an appealing presentation.
• Food Storage: Responsible for storing food in temperature-controlled facilities to maintain freshness and comply with health regulations.
• Special Dietary Requirements: Capably prepare food to meet specific dietary requirements, ensuring all guests enjoy a delicious and safe dining experience.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in European cuisine or a keen interest in learning and mastering it.
• A thorough understanding of kitchen equipment and food safety standards.
• A commitment to excellence in food preparation and presentation.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player attitude with excellent communication skills.
