What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Be the Strategy Wizard: Help define company-wide goals and keep everyone aligned on what really matters.
Run the Show (Quietly): Own internal meetings, company-wide planning, and make sure projects don’t fall through the cracks.
Own Special Projects: Take on initiatives that don’t belong to any one team, but are critical to our success.
Be the CEO’s Partner-in-Crime: Review docs, prep meetings, follow up on key decisions—basically, make your CEO 10x more effective.
Support Comms: Help craft internal updates, investor decks, and prepare board meetings.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone with around 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, VC, or a fast-moving startup.
Super organized, a natural problem solver, and a great communicator.
You’re great at turning chaos into a clear plan, and you don’t need constant hand-holding.
Bonus points if you’ve worked on high-growth or cross-functional projects before.
Hungry to learn and not afraid to get your hands dirty—even if that means fixing a last-minute deck or jumping into investor calls.
