Salary: $72,000 – $80,000 per year

We’re looking for a talented Chef to join the team at Easey’s, part of Hardey’s, in Carlton. What You’ll Be Doing
- Cooking a wide range of dishes and making sure each one meets our quality standards.
- Ensuring all meals look just as great as they taste before they go out to our customers.
- Keeping track of kitchen supplies and making sure we’ve always got what we need to keep things running smoothly.
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, following food safety guidelines.
- Working with the team to get food out quickly and efficiently during busy times.
- Helping to train and guide junior kitchen staff, making sure we’re all working together smoothly.
- Contributing ideas for new menu items and helping with tastings to improve our dishes.
- Keeping up with trends in the food industry to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or Commercial Cookery (or similar qualification).
- At least 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- A great eye for detail and a genuine passion for cooking.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of things in a busy kitchen.
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.

Hours
- 8-hour shifts
