Care Service Employee/ Aged Care Support worker / Assistant in Nursing (CSE/AIN) (Chinese speaking) Job Details:

We are seeking someone with a passion for aged care to join residential facilities in our organisation.
Hourly rate range from $28.12 to $30.71, or annual salary range between $55,565.12 to $60,682.96, plus superannuation and salary packaging options.

About the roles:

Care Service Employee – to provide person centred care to ANHF’s residents to meet their identified needs and to enable them to enjoy optimal independence in a home like environment.

The Requirements:

Care Service Employee:

Previous experience caring for older people in a residential setting & attained Certificate level III in Aged Care Work.
Other requirements:

National Police Clearance.
Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency.
Evidence of a good team building, interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and write simple report in either Chinese or English.
Basic computer skills.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of WHS, EEO and anti-discrimination legislative requirements.
