The ideal candidate is already working in the custom audio video integration field and looking to build upon existing experience. Has aptitude and experience while looking to further grow their skill sets and career. Will be an integral member of the team who rolls up their sleeves to execute the work on a daily basis. Must be proficient in residential and/or commercial audio, video, lighting, networks, control systems, and climate integration. Experience with shading, low-voltage lighting, and electrical is a plus. Must be self-motivated and able to operate independently as well as within the framework of the Sales and System Design Team.

This is a full-time position.

Experience/Skill Qualifications:

• Prefer 3-5+ years of experience working within the AV integration industry.
• Knowledge of control systems, audio video distribution, lighting, shading, climate control, and networking design.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows and other Microsoft-based operating system software.
• Prefer experience working with PC-based drawing and CAD software, in particular Visio.
• Must possess strong writing and communication skills.
• Must possess a professional appearance.
• Enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work well both independently within the structure of a team-based environment.
• Willingness to be a positive leader and a great “follower.”
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong team building, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
