Administrative Assistant Job Details:
The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for providing and monitoring a broad range of support services, primarily administrative in nature. This includes human resources, finance, communications (students, division team, YukonU), administrative services and other related duties to enable the division to serve its clients effectively and fulfil its mandate within Yukon University.
Qualifications include a certificate in office or business administration, communications, or equivalent, with related administrative experience. Applicants will be proficient in executing office procedures including basic bookkeeping, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and providing primarily in-person front facing customer service. Proficiency in the use of data-systems would be considered an asset.
