Administration Assistant/Stud Hand Job Details:

North Bloodstock, a newly created thoroughbred operation located just 12 minutes from Scone, NSW is seeking a Full-Time Administration Assistant/Stud Hand. The ideal candidate would ideally have outside thoroughbred stud experience and some administration experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Ardex, and Xero. Although, if you have an eye for detail and basic computer skills, there is on the job training available. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who has hand’s on experience within the industry and is looking explore another side of the industry and gain experience within the administration sector. Your role will include general stud hand duties like: – Feeding and caring for Broodmares & Foals/Yearlings – Yearling Prepartion – General farm duties (cleaning boxes, troughs, making feeds etc) – Working with Farriers and Vets – Ensuring a tidy and safe work place is upheld. Your role will also include general administration tasks like: -Data entry (Ardex and Xero) -Filing -Answering phone calls -Answering emails -Ordering items for the farm -Weekly shopping for sundries As we continue to grow, there may also be an opportunity for Marketing assistance for the right candidate.
