Description

Successful candidates in this position will be completing the following:

  • Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Answer a high volume of calls
  • Troubleshoot customers questions
  • Collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary information and verify data accuracy.
  • Utilise Google Sheets, CRM systems, and online databases to manage customer information effectively.
  • Perform complex data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Set up new customer accounts, ensuring all required information is captured and documented correctly.
  • Configure customer pricing based on established guidelines and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to set up customer contract terms accurately.
  • Regularly update and review customer data to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and privacy policies.
  • Communicate effectively within the team to ensure seamless data management processes.
