What You’ll Do

Take charge of preparing and reviewing corporate resolutions, ACRA-related documents, and handling electronic filings with ACRA, ensuring everything’s accurate and up-to-date.
Keep statutory registers and documents in line with ACRA regulations and the Singapore Companies Act.
Manage communication with clients and collaborate with teams like auditors, lawyers, and accounting to ensure smooth operations.
Be the go-to person for providing guidance on corporate secretarial matters, helping the team and clients navigate governance.
Pitch in on other tasks as needed to support the management team.

What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
A diploma, degree, or higher qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Law, or a related field.
If you’re pursuing an ICSA qualification or are a member of ISCA, we’d love to hear from you.
Fluent in both Korean and English with great communication skills.
You’re proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
