Position Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Travel Partners Mobile Agents from a financial perspective by supporting The Finance Support Senior Team Member, assist with processing the Accounts Payable and Receivable for Travel Partners Holdings. compile relevant reports.

Key Relationships

• Travel Partners Agent Network – Head Office, Mobile Agents
• Travel Partners Finance Support Senior Team Member, Transactional Team Leader

Primary Responsibilities

• Daily Bank Reconciliations
• Adjusting costings with accuracy
• Month end as required
• Assist EOFY when required
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Cover tasks of Finance Support Senior Team Member when required
• Investigate bookings and solve discrepancies including booking clean up
• Ad hoc responsibilities instructed by the Finance support senior team member

Skills / Experience

Essential

• Attention to detail
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Great attitude and helpful approach
• Knowledge and interest in the Travel Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management & organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience with Tramada Mid Office System
