Job profile
· Manage accounts payable process by timely and accurately processing invoices with appropriate approvals
· Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
· Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information for month-end close
· Prepare asset, liability, and capital account journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information
· Maintain financial security by following internal controls
· Provide financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
· Support annual external audit, including preparation of documents and reporting to auditors’ questions and requests
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or comparable area of study
· At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance
· Time management and deadline-oriented
· Experience with financial reporting requirements
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Excel
