Position Summary
The Project Sales Account Executive works to provide HVAC solutions for our customers. .
Pay Range: $65,000 – $72,000 plus commission.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing and potential new customers regarding their HVAC project needs.
- Survey customer’s location to gain understanding of the deficiencies or potential enhancements needed.
- Design/assemble ideas and products that provide HVAC solutions.
- Compile pricing of required equipment, materials, subcontractors and repair/installation labor.
- Compose defined scope of work of the required repair/installation into a written proposal.
- Participate in job kick-off meetings.
- Coordinate activities regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and co-worker success.
- Maintain contact with customers and building operators.
- Assist in resolve customer disputes including collections.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales volume and profit objectives through selling HVAC project solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC trade experience: refrigeration, electrical, gas, sheet metal
- Mechanical aptitude
- Complete, thorough and detailed work with accuracy and consistency
- Excellent written and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Computer literacy, specifically in Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- HVAC service and installation experience
- Customer service experience
Working Conditions
Environment:
- Site visits; indoor, outdoor, roof, mechanical rooms
Physical Requirements
- Routine sitting, standing, bending, ladder climbing
- Ability to be confident and safe at heights, on roofs and in mechanical rooms
Hazards
- Electrical, heights, moving equipment
