What you’ll be doing

As an ECT, you are the spark in the room. You will:

• Inspire Young Minds: Create safe, beautiful, and inclusive environments where kids actually want to learn.
• Lead & Mentor: Work alongside your fellow educators, sharing your knowledge and uplifting the whole team.
• Build Connections: Become a trusted partner for our families, keeping them updated and involved in their child’s journey.
• Stay Sharp: Plan and reflect on programs using the EYLF and NQS, ensuring we’re always delivering the best.

Is this you?

• Qualified: You hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Accredited: You have (or are eligible for) NESA Teacher Accreditation.
• Prepared: You have a current WWCC, First Aid/CPR training, and Child Protection certificates.
• Collaborative: You’re a strong communicator who leads with heart and loves being part of a team.
